Nantong Huigang Ship-Propeller Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nantong Huigang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., which is located in Chengdong Industrial Zone, Qidong, Jiangsu.
Through tens of years' development since its establishment in 1976, the company has become a comprehensive enterprise engaging in the manufacture of fixed pitch propeller, controllable pitch propeller, copper sheathings, water lubricating rubber bearings, and all kinds of copper castings in large, medium, and small size, especially the manufacture of propeller takes a leading position in industry, only after Dalian and Wuhan. At present, the company has singe casting as large as 30 tons, propeller, with diameter of 7,000mm, and can fulfill the annual capacity of 1,000 tons for casting, and the annual production value over 60 million Yuan.
Covering an area of 6,800 square meters and architectural area of 4,100 square meters, the company has its own Physical & Chemical Test Center , Quality Control Center , and Measuring Center . The company now has 168 employees, including 28 engineering technicians and special managers. The company has been inviting the experts from the state-famous institutes in industry for training on product design, material analysis, and technical research, which promotes company's level of manufacture greatly and effectively guarantees the standard to meet different customers.
The company has been certified by the international leading classification societies, including CCS, ABS, BV, GL, LR, NK, etc. In late 2001, the company took lead in passing the certification of ISO9001: 2000, and the management of the company was improved integrally.
Along with the ever-increasing demand of shipping at home and abroad, the company, through its broad sales network, has established good cooperative relationships with the wide partners for the past many years. The products have been sold to Singapore , Australia , Malaysia , Thailand , Taiwan , etc, and well recognized by users.
